Tasks

They are looking for individuals passionate about sustainable living to join us on our organic farm in Nepal. Help is required in:

Organic Farming: Assist in planting, harvesting, and maintaining our pesticide-free vegetable farm, embracing the beauty of organic living.

Cultural Exchange: Engage in language exchange, share your cultural insights, and immerse yourself in Nepali life.

Educational Activities: Share your language, traditions, or skills. In return, learn Nepali basics, organic farming techniques, and local customs.

Building Projects: Aid in basic construction and maintenance for our farm’s expansion, including our dream of starting a chicken farm.

Accommodation

During your stay, enjoy cozy shared rooms with fellow volunteers of the same gender. Couples have the option of private rooms for added privacy. Gagan’s aim is to provide a peaceful environment for rest after fulfilling days of farming and cultural exchange.

Location

Reach the farm easily from Kathmandu by bus, followed by a short walk. Buses are convenient and cost-effective, making transportation hassle-free. Explore Kathmandu during the day and return to the farm in the evening.
